This number may be stored along with your name to allow us to recognise you when you call and to facilitate future contact when necessary. When you contact us via email we retain that correspondence for reference should you contact us in the future. 

You may request that your email conversation be deleted at any time.

Our email service is provided by GoDaddy and MS Office365 and as such all information transferred via this method is subject to their encryption and security provisions.

When you contact us via any of our social media accounts, this interaction is made solely through the third party social media provider and is subject to their terms and conditions. Please see the individual company’s privacy policy for their provisions.

Visitors to our website.

When you visit our website, the third party service Google Analytics collects information logged as standard on the internet. Information such as visitor behaviour patterns allows us to see how often the website is visited and which pages are accessed most frequently. This information does not identify visitors and we make no attempt to find out the identities of those who use our website.
