We were introduced to Tom through Young Kent. We have worked with him before and know that he has over 20 years of experience of working with young people. He is fantastic at engaging young people and keeping them interested whilst having fun. A lot of the children who use our service lack confidence and have low self-esteem. Tom was able to recognise who these children were and worked with them positively to build on their confidence. By the end of the session, it was clear that they were delighted with what they had achieved and proud of the skills they had learnt. We would highly recommend Tom and will certainly be using him again in future clubs.
